Hi, I'm Emily.

I’m an award-winning actor, playwright, director, teacher, and psychologist-in-training. I’ve spent over 15 years in the industry—performing, teaching, burning out, bouncing back, and collecting tools that actually help.

The Holistic Actor grew out of years of running resilience workshops for actors, and realising how badly we need spaces where our full humanity is welcomed—not just our “typecast” selves.

I live in Meanjin Brisbane with my husband, two daughters and hopefully, one day soon, a dog.
